Panel | Data-driven recruitment: Building competitive advantage in talent acquisition
Recruitment is where the employee lifecycle begins - and where analytics makes immediate business impact. In a competitive talent market, data is the difference between winning and losing critical hires. This panel explores how leading organizations use recruitment analytics to understand their talent markets, optimize hiring spend, reduce time-to-hire, and predict new hire success and retention. Three key takeaways: - Which metrics drive recruitment ROI - beyond cost-per-hire. How to measure source quality, time-to-productivity, and new hire retention to build a complete picture of hiring effectiveness. - How to identify your competitive advantage in sourcing - which channels deliver the best talent, which recruiting partners actually perform, and where to concentrate your acquisition spend for maximum impact. - Using predictive analytics to hire for success - how to identify candidates most likely to succeed and stay in role, reducing costly early-stage turnover and building a predictive hiring model that works for your organization.
