Deena Trucco is a Human Resources leader with more than a decade of experience leading people strategy, workforce development, employee relations, compensation, and organizational change in mission-driven healthcare organizations. As Director of Human Resources at Alliance Medical Center, she partners with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to support workforce growth, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Deena holds a BA in Political Science and Organizational Studies from UC Davis and an MBA in Responsible Business from California State University, Monterey Bay. She is particularly interested in the practical application of AI in HR, exploring how technology can reduce administrative burden, improve employee and manager experience, and create healthier, more sustainable workplaces while preserving the human element at the center of work.
