With over 15 years of experience across hospitality operations, corporate training, and organizational development including roles with Disney, Applebee’s, and the U.S. Army Reserve Stephanie brings a pragmatic, execution-first perspective to talent strategy. She is the architect behind Westgate’s enterprise leadership competency framework and a strong advocate for using data, technology, and AI to accelerate time-to-competency and reduce reliance on external hiring.
