Advise Me
Lizabeth Murphy is a people and organizational development leader with 15+ years helping startups and small businesses grow intentionally while keeping humanity at the center. A former NYC public school teacher with ADHD and dyslexia, she learned early that leadership is about service—removing friction, supporting others, and helping people thrive. Lizabeth has spent over a decade as Head of Operations and Head of People in tech and retail, leading teams, scaling infrastructure, and building resilient cultures. Over the last five years, she has worked fractionally with 40+ startups across industries, supporting founders through growth, pivots, remote transitions, and organizational design. Rejecting traditional HR labels, Lizabeth focuses on preventing problems rather than putting out fires. She is a fractional People & Organizational Development partner, helping founders scale teams, strengthen culture, streamline systems, and develop the leadership and emotional capacity needed to lead effectively. Her mission is simple: serve the people who serve the company.
