Asif is Chief Global Inclusion Officer at Warner Bros. Discovery, with over 20 years of experience leading global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies across complex organisations. Previously, he served as Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact at adidas and held senior leadership roles at The Telegraph Media Group, EY Financial Services and the City of London Police. His career spans Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Asif is recognised for delivering impactful DEI programmes that foster belonging, embed inclusion into core business strategy and drive innovation in products and services. He is a board member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and an advisor to Hedley May. A highly regarded global DEI leader, Asif has received numerous accolades, including an MBE in 2017, and is widely recognised for his influence and contribution to the field.
