Unlocking performance: How culture and environment drive results
Many organisations talk about flexibility and inclusion, but employees still struggle to bring the right version of themselves to work. This session explores how culture and environment shape performance, engagement, and trust. Attendees will examine three key dimensions: - Psychological safety vs. agency: Encouraging experimentation without fear of punishment. - EDI as fairness and respect: Creating environments where everyone is treated properly and consistently. - Speaking different EDI languages: Tailoring approaches to meet stakeholders at their level of understanding and organisational maturity. Key takeaways: - Learn how to design environments that enable people to perform at their best. - Understand how to translate inclusion into practical, actionable strategies. - Discover how to influence leaders across functions with tailored EDI approaches.
